Caldoso rice with barnacles
Another way to eat this delicacy is in a very rich caldoso rice. The only thing that we needed is: 250 grams of fresh barnacles, 100 grams of alga codium in fresh salt meat or, 1.5 liters of fumet of fish, 140 grams of rice pump, 80 grams of green beans, 2 mature units of canary tomato, a onion tender median, two peppers droughts ±oras, choriceros or chili peppers, a tooth of garlic and fine salt.
